Job Description:

Join Sally, the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe, as a Sales Assistant. Our mission is to empower customers to express themselves through hair, and we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to help us achieve this goal.

Your primary role will be to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers, assisting with hair colour, cosmetics, skincare, or nails. Sally provides comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge needed to advise our customers effectively. Bring your passion and personality; we'll take care of the rest.

As a retail business, flexibility is essential. Our working days are Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, and you may be required to work at different locations within a reasonable distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot proceed with your application.

You must be over 18 years old due to the products sold.

Your role as a Sales Assistant includes:

• Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
• Recommending additional and complementary products
• Informing customers of current promotions and events
• Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise
