Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe, on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us.

Your primary focus as a Sales Assistant will be creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as an advisor on their beauty journey. Sally provides the necessary knowledge and training, so bring your passion and personality.

All employees must work flexibly, including weekends, on a rota basis, and possibly at other locations within reasonable travel distance. You must be over 18 due to product restrictions.

Your role includes:

• Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
• Recommending additional and complementary products
• Informing customers of current promotions and events
• Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise
• Completing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
