Location: 41 John Street, Porthcawl CF36 3AP

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours - Fixed Term.

Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 per Hour

In our Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug as one of our Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers, delivering excellent service, and ensuring customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked and maintained at a high level of presentation. You will also be involved in achieving store targets. To support your development, you’ll be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in-store.

This experience will prepare you for bigger challenges. Superdrug Sales Advisers are our future Team Leaders. We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression through our in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (Optional)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
