Location: Unit 10 Eastgate Shopping Centre, Basildon, Essex SS14 1JJ

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours.

Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 per Hour

In our Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, support for your team, and enthusiasm for getting involved. Your role will involve serving customers, delivering excellent service, and ensuring they don’t miss out on our great Star Buys. You’ll help keep the store well-stocked, maintain high store presentation, and actively contribute to achieving store targets. Additionally, you’ll be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in-store.

This experience will prepare you for bigger challenges. We recognize that Sales Advisers are our future Team Leaders. We will actively develop your skills and offer career progression supported by our in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your skills and knowledge
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided) (Optional)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
