Job Description

The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company with clients to drive sales, grow the customer base, and sustain the brand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers according to the Brand philosophy, service, and quality standards
  • Pursue objectives set by the Store Manager to contribute to overall store goals, both individually and as a team
  • Engage in clientele activities
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Act as an ambassador of the customer-centric approach within the store
Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate good conversational English
  • Have 1-3 years of retail experience; luxury experience is a plus
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide consistent and professional service to each customer
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals
  • Maintain high standards consistently
