The role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective selling, up-selling, and increasing transaction values
• Build rapport with customers by providing personalized service and understanding their needs
• Learn and share Pandora’s product knowledge to enhance sales and customer experience
• Promote customer loyalty through discussions of new collections and collecting customer data
• Assist with product deliveries and store merchandising, maintaining high standards
• Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, returns, and exchanges
