Our headquarters team works in the heart of Paris, and our boutiques are currently located in France, Brussels and now…. London ! Ysé’s beautiful adventure grows every year, and we still have so many wonderful things to accomplish.
Ysé is now settling in London. We are looking for aSales Assistant(full-time contract) to assist with the opening of our first store in the UK and attract new customers.
We are seeking a cheerful, autonomous, highly organized individual who is especially attuned to Ysé’s universe and values.
With a taste for challenges, you will contribute to achieving the commercial objectives of our boutique.
As an ambassador for our brand, you will provide our clients with a unique experience through our trendy, chic, and refined collections. You will be multi-tasking, performing sales as well as participating into the daily life of the store.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Client Experience:
- Welcome and advise customers according to the standards defined by the art of sales and Ysé’s customer service;
- Sell with sincerity and emotional intelligence, adapting your approach to each client;
- Actively contribute to the store’s revenue growth and key performance indicators;
- Master and develop the store’s customer loyalty indicators;
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships by personalizing service and encouraging follow-up visits;
- Handle post-sale follow-ups and client satisfaction inquiries when needed;
- Resolve any client concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth resolution and positive brand image.
Product Management:
- Know Ysé’s collections by participating in all internal training sessions;
- Ensure that the products displayed in the store meet Ysé’s brand image criteria;
- Participate in and master the fundamentals of Ysé merchandising;
- Ensure proper shelf placement according to the timeline set by the store manager;
- Report any inconsistencies noticed in the products;
- Contribute to store visual storytelling by suggesting improvements in product placement and atmosphere;
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the team on bestsellers and slow movers.
Stock Management / Tools:
- Master the various operational tasks within the time allowed (deliveries, returns, rotating inventory);
- Ensure optimal restocking in the store at all times;
- Actively participate in daily management related to unidentified shrinkage;
- Manage the basics of Shopify;
- Ensure and use the different processes related to the company’s omnichannel services (Click and Collect);
- Master opening and closing of the cash register;
- Notify and alert the store manager in case of exceptional situations;
- Propose ideas to improve stockroom organization and operational efficiency;
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and proactively support preparation for peak periods (sales, launches, holidays).
Team Spirit & Internal Contribution:
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and supporting new team members;
- Take initiative to contribute ideas during team meetings and brainstorms;
- Represent the Ysé brand internally and externally with professionalism and authenticity;
- Participate in internal projects and brand events (pop-ups, collaborations, private sales);
- Uphold Ysé’s values and actively contribute to its sustainability and inclusivity efforts.
Opening & Closing Responsibilities:
- Securing the premises: This includes setting the alarm, ensuring all doors and windows are locked, and verifying that the property is safe.
- Preparing for the day: This may involve tasks like turning on lights, setting up registers, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- Closing procedures: This involves the reverse of opening, including taking inventory, securing cash, and setting the alarm.

- Passionate about retail and sales, you have a successful first experience as a Sales Assistant.
- Dynamic and meticulous, you have an excellent sense of commerce and customer service.
- Organized, you know how to identify the priorities.
- You enjoy challenges, are results-oriented, and bring forward innovative ideas.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office/Gmail suites.
- You love the brand and the products it offers.
- Speaking French would be a huge plus.
