Smiggle Reading is seeking a Sales Assistant/Keyholder for a permanent part-time position (4–8 hours). You will help maximise store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, while promoting Smiggle products with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with the team and collaborate with all members.
• Support store with rostered shifts, weekends, and cross-store coverage.
• Maximise sales opportunities to hit brand KPIs and individual targets.
• Create a genuine and engaging experience for every customer.
• Maintain product knowledge and clearly communicate features and benefits.
• Process new deliveries promptly and keep floor stock at appropriate levels.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Handle opening and closing duties and ensure store security.
