Purpose

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join our team in Swindon.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.84 plus non-contractual sales commission.

Our Sales Assistants / Key Holders play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. In return, you'll have opportunities to grow and develop within retail.

This is a part-time, permanent role, contracted for 16 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have energy, drive, and passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open & close the store as required.
  • Manage store keys responsibly.
  • Approach customers and provide helpful product information.
  • Serve customers at the till and process transactions.
  • Recommend and promote complementary products.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Replenish stock to keep shelves full.
  • Process stock deliveries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
