Customer Sales Assistant - No Experience (Immediate Starts Available)

Our Brighton-based client is currently seeking ambitious Sales Assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have new roles available within their dynamic team in the sales and customer service sector.

Candidates Must

• Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Have strong English speaking and writing skills, essential for clear communication with customers and our client.
• Have full-time availability.

They provide coaching for all applicants and offer mentorship in all aspects of client and customer interaction, so a lack of prior experience will not be a disadvantage. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be provided.

While no experience is needed, individuals with backgrounds as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon Workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, or Administrators—especially those with high levels of Customer Service and a strong work ethic—tend to flourish in these roles.

This is a self-employed role with fantastic commission-based pay and incentives, offering a flexible schedule and financial bonuses to reward hard work and achievement of targets.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) due to availability constraints. Our client is seeking candidates who can work 5 full days per week.
