SALES ASSISTANT FULL TIME @MAX MARA SELFRIDGES

Max Mara is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Selfridges. You will play a key role in conveying the brand’s identity and excellence in service, while contributing to store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Mara’s brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony.

  • Actively support the achievement of personal and store goals, working collaboratively with the team.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.

  • Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Act as an ambassador of Max Mara’s customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Speak fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Have at least 1–3 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.

  • Be passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Be goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Maintain high standards in presentation and behaviour, aligned with the brand image.
