Job summary

Wenzel’s the Bakers is actively seeking a Team Member / Sales Assistant (Full Time) to join our shops across Greater London. You will deliver friendly customer service, prepare fresh food, and support daily shop operations.

We offer £12.21 per hour (under 18 £10, 18-21 £11.75), a 39-hour week, flexible hours where possible, free meals on shifts, drinks, pension, 28 days holiday, birthday day off, training and progression, and an employee discount scheme.

Qualifications

• No prior training required as full training is provided.
• Confident and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude for great customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – handling all customer needs, including taking orders, cash handling and till operation.
• Producing fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with food safety/health and safety standards.
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the shop.

Pay & Hours:

For our Team Member/ Sales Assistant roles we offer a competitive pay of£12.21 an hour (under 18 - £10.00 an hour, between 18-21 £11.75 per hour) to start, and a working week is 39 hours, Monday to Sunday.

Although our shops open early, and we do have set shifts within our Shops, we are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs where we can.

Key Responsibilities:
