H&T Group plc is seeking a Sales Assistant in Edgware to deliver outstanding customer service in a leading pawnbroker and jewellery retailer. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling from Monday to Sunday, and a starting rate including London Weighting.

Starting salary £26,363 per annum with London Weighting, rising to £26,363 plus £2,000 discretionary bonus potential each year. Full training will be provided to help you grow in a fast-paced, varied environment.

Salary: Starting rate £13.52 per hour (£26,363 per annum), increasing to £13.69 once full training has been completed (Includes London Weighting Allowance)*

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are based on performance against key KPIs.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.
