Over the past three decades, we have grown into a global network with more than 5,300 stores in 56 countries. In the UK, we operate under three brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Intimissimi Uomo.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join us as a full-time 40 hours per week Sales Assistant at our CALZEDONIA store located on Kings Road, London.

Role Overview: The Sales Assistant will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with the public. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
  • Establish relationships with customers
  • Introduce add-ons, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist customers in fitting rooms, providing measuring and fitting services upon request
  • Prioritize customer needs while performing store tasks
  • Operate cash registers accurately, explaining offers and discounts clearly
  • Report transaction discrepancies to the Store Manager
  • Adhere to cash handling rules and regulations
  • Maintain store cleanliness in line with Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines
  • Stay vigilant about store security and report suspicious behaviour
  • Assist in other store areas as requested by the Store Manager, including stock room duties
  • Perform additional duties to support store operations
