Join us as a results-driven Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to deliver sales and exceed customer expectations as part of a successful branch team. You will be contracted for 16 hours a week but will have the flexibility to work up to 37.5 hours to cover peak hours, holidays, and meet business needs.

The role:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll deliver outstanding service, be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. Your role involves customer-facing activities at our trade counter and over the phone, maximizing sales opportunities. You'll promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy a fun, engaging workplace.

You will be contracted for 16 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling up to 37.5 hours to cover peak times, holidays, and business needs. Hours and shifts will be arranged with notice to ensure work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets at good margins.
• Maintaining high standards, building customer loyalty, and providing top service.
• Assisting with branch duties such as serving customers, telesales, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Potentially taking on driving duties when required.
