Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver excellent service from entry to transaction at the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Replenish shelves and rails to keep the floor ready for customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and upsell opportunities.
• Work as a team to hit daily sales and service goals.
