Sports Direct is the UK's No.1 sports retailer, known for a wide range of sportswear, footwear and equipment. As a Sales Assistant you’ll be on the front line of one of the busiest store networks, helping customers, keeping the floor sharp and driving the team through every trading day.

You’ll receive a full in-store induction and clear progression pathways within the Frasers Group, including supervisor and management programmes, with nationally recognised qualifications to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll back you to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately
• Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals
