Responsibilities

• Greeting and providing high-standard service to international and regular clientele
• Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
• Organizing and completing digital/phone orders for clients
• Client relationship management through digital tools
• Assisting with daily store operations (restocking, display maintenance, stock-taking, etc.)
• Achieving personal sales goals with motivation
• Sending daily reports

Profile Required

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading); additional languages are a plus
• Proven sales skills
• Experience in retail
• Experience in fashion and luxury sectors
• Flexibility
• Proactive, dynamic, and positive attitude
• Target-driven
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
