Job summary

Bonpoint in London seeks a customer-focused retail professional to deliver exceptional service to an international clientele. You will advise on collection presentation, process digital and phone orders, and help maintain display and stock room organization.

The role requires fluent English, proven sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, flexibility, a proactive attitude and strong teamwork to achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading) is required; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
• Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
• Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients
• Client relationship management through digital tools
• Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking, display, stock room, stock-taking)
• Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
• Sending daily reports
