About The Role

This is a temporary contract with a pay rate of £12.50 per hour for those over 21 and £10.25 per hour for those under 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service
• Identify customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Assist with deliveries and price changes
• Operate the tills

Learn about and stay up-to-date with our products to assist customers effectively.

The Ideal Candidate

Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable but not essential:

• Outdoor/Bikes
• Nursery
• Software & Gaming
• Backdoor/Warehouse

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so flexibility is important for our Sales Assistants.

Initially, this position is offered on a temporary basis, providing an opportunity to experience the fast-paced retail environment.
