Job Title: Sales Assistant/Driver

Salary: Competitive Salary + Lucrative Sales-Based Bonus

Hours: Part time – 30 hours per week

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with in-store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. Your responsibilities include maximizing sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories, and carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engagement planning & monthly store meetings.
• Provide a warm welcome, informed conversation, and personalized proposals to customers.
• Utilize client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support the store’s monthly customer contact plan.
• Restock the shop floor according to merchandising plans.
• Load the van and plan delivery routes.
• Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do the same using training tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
• Valid driving license.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.
• Calm under pressure.

Preferred Skills
