Job description

Crown Paints is seeking to recruit a permanent Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team at the Glasgow Shawfield store.

Position Details:

1. The role is a full-time, permanent position, working 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays on a rota basis).
2. Salary of £12.21 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support the store team and Store Manager in achieving sales growth through excellent customer service and effective sales strategies. Your role involves working with our range of decorative paints and sundry items, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

About Our Store:

The Shawfield Crown Decorating Centre is a vibrant store within our network of 145 UK stores, serving a diverse customer base including retail customers, builders, and tradespeople. A key part of your role will be to establish and maintain customer accounts and relationships.
