£12.66 Per Hour plus Sales Based Bonus

Job Purpose

You will be key to your store's success by working with colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. Your role involves maximizing sales of AkzoNobel products and accessories and carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.

This is a part-time role (16 hours/week), requiring availability to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis with time off in lieu.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in engagement planning & monthly store meetings.
• Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, informed conversation & personalized proposals.
• Use client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support the store's monthly customer contact plan.
• Follow merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
• Load the van & plan delivery routes.
• Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using training tools.
