Job description

Founded in 2016, For Art’s Sake is one of the biggest and most exciting eyewear brands to come out of London. Loved for our bold details and a light-hearted approach to luxury, we are looking for a team player to join the fast-growing brand with global reach. The For Art's Sake Store Assistant will maintain our flagship retail store in Covent Garden, London. We celebrate and invite applications from all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.

We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t underestimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to:

  1. Help us wow every customer as they come into store. You will be responsible for maintaining your visual merchandising to brand standards, keeping store cleanliness.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values.
  3. Maintain a professional, collaborative and positive presentation. Supporting the other team members to achieve store goals.
  4. Provide and maintain exceptional after-sale experience. You will make suggestions to our design team at HQ to improve product quality according to customer feedback.
  5. Assist with inventory processes including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.

The Ideal Candidate:

A professional with luxury retail or service background, you strive in fast-paced, high sales business. You are passionate about outstanding customer service. In fact, you insist on high standards all-round and combine this with collaborative attitude. An individual that is always looking to improve, you’ll show everyone what a great store looks like.

  • Some weekend working is essential, but as an experienced professional, you’ll understand and be flexible.
