Do you have an eye for fashion?

After a successful start, our clothing brand PEP&CO is expanding, providing affordable fashion to families in communities where Poundland & Dealz stores operate. We call it a “shop within a shop,” a dedicated PEP&CO area selling clothing for children, women, and men.

We're looking for someone to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the clothing range is well-merchandised and replenished efficiently. Every day, the store will look fantastic!

You should have a passion for fashion and retail experience in fashion or clothing is a bonus. An interest in working in a fast-paced store environment is essential. You should be proactive, ready to get the job done, and committed to our values of putting customers first.

Daily responsibilities include using your initiative to keep the store looking great, receiving deliveries efficiently, and ensuring everything is correctly merchandised.

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
• Maintain product availability by replenishing stock as directed.
• Contribute to creating a fun and friendly store environment.
• Live the company values by taking responsibility and working towards team goals.
• Implement store changes and promotions accurately and promptly.

Flexibility in working hours is necessary, as shifts may be required.
