Charles Tyrwhitt is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant for their Cheshire Oaks store. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and supporting the team in sales efforts. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail or hospitality and strong interpersonal skills, with flexibility for weekend and weekday shifts.
The Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to work with Martin and the team at our Cheshire Oaks store.
This is an 8-hour per week contract (overtime available). The store hours are 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sundays. Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends and some weekdays. Please specify your full availability in your application.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will generate and maximize sales by providing exceptional customer service. You will be trained with expert product knowledge to stay updated on the latest ranges and promotions. You will also support your team through collaboration, contributing to the store's success.
Your duties include stock management tasks such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. You will also maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, following VM and Health & Safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has previous experience in retail or hospitality, focusing on customer service. Experience in stock room operations is advantageous.
High enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Your ability to quickly build rapport and deliver excellent customer service will determine your success in this role.
