Job description

The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams.

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team at The Lexicon, Bracknell. The position offers an 8-hour weekly contract, with potential overtime. Flexibility to work weekends is required; please specify your availability in your application.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales and KPI targets.
  • Supporting customers with product knowledge and store promotions.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance store efficiency and success.
  • Performing stock tasks such as accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness in accordance with VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in menswear retail is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver outstanding customer service.
