The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we rely on our specialist teams to achieve this.

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to work with Kerry and the Team at our Blomfield Street store.

This is an 8-hour per week contract, with overtime available. Candidates must be flexible to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

What you will be doing

As a Sales Assistant at CT, you will be responsible for generating and maximising sales by providing exceptional customer service. You will be equipped with expert product knowledge to stay updated on store ranges and promotions. Your role also includes maintaining high visual merchandising standards, store housekeeping, and processing deliveries, transfers, and merchandise efficiently.

What we are looking for

Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. We value enthusiasm, motivation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding service is key to success in this role.
