Salary: £26,000 per year + commission
Hours: 5 days per week (including every Saturday)
Days: Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)

Are you a friendly, energetic, and talkative person who enjoys helping customers find the perfect product? We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join a welcoming team in a well-established bed store in Newbridge.

This is a soft sales environment - no hard selling, just great customer service and genuine conversations to help people find what they need for a better night's sleep.

What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting customers with a warm and approachable manner
Listening to customer needs and offering helpful product advice
Guiding customers through the buying process in a relaxed, no-pressure way
Keeping the showroom tidy and well-presented
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the team with general store duties
What We're Looking For:
A naturally chatty and personable individual
Someone with positive energy and a can-do attitude
Comfortable using basic computer systems and email platforms
Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
Must be available to work every Saturday (the store's busiest day)
