- Prioritize resolution to enhance stakeholder experience.
- Support multiple brands by assisting with inventory inbound processes.
- Collaborate with external Ops stakeholders to troubleshoot inbound issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for brand escalations related to catalog, inventory, Ops, or payment issues.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience with Excel.
- Proficiency in Excel.
