The role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They influence sales, excel in customer service, and share their knowledge of our brand and products.

You’ll interact with people on every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs.
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data.
• Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
• Merchandise the store and maintain high standards on the shop floor.
• Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.
