Your role as Sales Assistant is a central part of a dynamic team. You’ll be supervised by the Manager of the point of sale and in direct contact with our customers.

Key tasks include:

• Having an in-depth knowledge of our story and what we stand for
• Understanding our offer and collection silhouettes
• Encouraging customer loyalty through courtesy and relevant advice
• Growing turnover and client list
• Maintaining the brand image

Daily responsibilities:

• Offering personalized purchasing experiences
• Keeping the point of sale clean, tidy, and well-merchandised
• Stock management
• Achieving KPIs such as sales index, average basket, and transformation rate

You will also need to ensure that ba&sh’s CSR policy is respected and act as its ambassador daily. We believe in the power of a smile, passion for your work, and helping customers have a great experience.
