Purpose of the Role

The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist customers, describe products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support store management in creating a creative and developmental environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience: Be a brand ambassador, engage customers, and provide personalized styling advice.
2. Selling Ceremony: Use recommendations to build product solutions and achieve sales targets.
3. Performance: Reach KPIs, build customer loyalty, and understand CRM.
4. Operations: Manage till systems, process payments, handle inventory, and maintain store standards.
5. Optics: Ensure the safe supply of eyewear, including ordering, verification, and adjustments, using the latest equipment.
