Job summary

Bestway Group in York is seeking a customer-focused store assistant to greet customers warmly, respond to queues quickly, and help maintain an inviting shopping environment. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset are essential to deliver exceptional service.

You will work as part of a supportive team, be flexible to store needs, and assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and till accuracy. We value strong communication, teamwork and a positive attitude that lifts the whole team.
