Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a customer-focused store assistant in Dorchester to warmly greet customers, respond to inquiries, and help with product recommendations and promotions. You will ensure till accuracy, perform stock checks, and keep shelves well merchandised in line with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding service, communicate clearly, and work well with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, contributing to a welcoming store
