What we need from you:

As a Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and providing a great shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points, actively engaging with customers to promote add-ons.
• Handle and accept deliveries responsibly and safely, maintaining the stockroom areas.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
• Work in your designated Tesco space as required.

On a 12-hour contract, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 3 days. Depending on the store's trading hours, a flexible approach and commitment to help operate the store are essential. This may include working hours outside normal trading times, especially during Christmas. We support the 'Keep Sundays Special' campaign, so you won't be asked to work on Sundays, guaranteeing a day off for family and friends.
