Job summary

WHSmith is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and work independently or with the team to uphold our store standards.

The role includes stock replenishment, maintaining tidy store spaces, and ensuring displays meet high standards to guide customers. You will join a supportive team focused on achieving excellent results and customer satisfaction.

Role details:

10 hour contract, 2 set working days - Saturday & Sundays. Must be flexible for 7am opens and 7pm closes based on sickness/holidays where required.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
