Job summary

WHSmith PLC is looking for a Sales Assistant in Stirling to deliver exceptional customer service both independently and as part of a team. The role involves lone working requirements and flexibility around a 16 hour contract while store opening hours are 7am to 6pm.

You will support stock replenishment, maintain inviting displays, and uphold high standards of visual merchandising. A passion for helping customers and collaborating with colleagues is essential to meet store goals and standards.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us. This Role requires lone working so must be 18 or over. 16 hour contract and we are looking for the candidate to be flexible, Store is open from 7am until 6pm
