The ONLY brand is well known in Europe where we operate more than 800 retail shops bringing the best shapes in JEANS and seasonal current fashion to the female consumers across all ages. Now we are ready to enter the UK market where our second ONLY STORE will open during Summer 2025 in York outlet.

THE ROLE

As a sales assistant, you will work at the core of our operations. Your goal is to activate and promote sales in our store in cooperation with your colleagues. As a team worker, you are ready to work for common success, and you are dedicated to the team's goals. With your enthusiasm for sales and service, you always guarantee our customers a professional, individual, and successful experience.

In addition to routine tasks in the store, you will represent the whole of ONLY in all customer encounters that be at the front of the shop, in the fitting room where you love to give fashion tips and suggest full outfits and of course at the till where you are securing the add on sales.

In other words, you are in a key position, providing a strong knowledge of fabrics, shapes and latest fashion. In addition to customer service and sales, you get to realize your creativity! Together with your team, you will work with visual merchandise and update the store's appearance according to new products touching down across the seasons ensuring the customer will always find an inspiring fashion environment.
