Competitive Salary + Store Performance-Based Bonus
Part-time – 20 hours per week

Ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday, but we are flexible. Work shifts are between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12noon on Saturday.

Job Purpose

You will contribute to your store’s success by working with colleagues and our UK Sales Team to deliver a memorable customer experience to professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Your people skills will help maximize sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in engagement planning and monthly store meetings.
  • Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, informed conversations, and personalized proposals.
  • Use client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Support the store’s monthly customer contact plan.
  • Follow merchandising plans to restock the shop floor.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do the same using our training tools.
