Topps Group is recruiting a Sales Assistant (Service Specialist) for Topps Tiles stores. The role offers 30 hours per week, with some weekend work, and a fixed-term contract expected to last until 31 January 2027.

Aged 21+ earns £12.71/hour plus personal sales commission; those aged 20 or below earn £10.85/hour plus commission. You'll develop sales skills through a consultative approach, help customers visualise projects, and build strong relationships while earning commission on sales.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 21+ for £12.71 per hour plus personal sales commission.
• 22+? Not sure; you’ll be able to lift heavy boxes.
• Outgoing, friendly, energetic with a can-do attitude.
• No experience required — full training provided.

About The Role

Oh, and did we mention? You’ll earn commission on every sale you help makehappen.

You don’t need to know anything about tiles — or even retail. If you’re outgoing, friendly, energetic and don’t mind lifting heavy boxes, we’ll give you all the training you need, including developing your sales confidence and skills through our simple, customer‑first sales framework.
