Overview

Retail Sales Assistant - Jollyes Pets - Waterlooville. Combine your passion for pets with your job and help deliver fantastic customer service to our pet parents and build a great career with Jollyes. Your role as a Sales Assistant is to help your store colleagues maximise the potential of the store by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service, upholding great store standards with available stock and clean and tidy presentation, and promoting responsible pet ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide genuinely helpful and friendly customer service to customers and pet parents.
  • Support store colleagues to maximise store potential and maintain high store standards.
  • Ensure available stock is well-presented and the store is clean and tidy.
  • Promote responsible pet ownership and act as an ambassador for the Jollyes brand and values (Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together).
  • Be flexible to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends, as opening hours require.
  • Role is part-time, 20 hours per week.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in a similar customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on and customer-focused with a strong service ethos.
  • Flexible to cover shifts over 7 days as required.
  • Ambassador for the Jollyes brand and values.
