Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant at Beaverbrooks, you will passionately sell stunning diamonds, jewellery, and watches, creating memorable moments for every customer.

You’ll promote love and appreciation for our products by understanding each item's unique qualities.

You will listen carefully to identify customer needs and preferences, helping them find the perfect piece for their occasion.

The Ideal Candidate

You should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a down-to-earth approach. Working well with colleagues who share your values and commitment to service is important.

Listening to customers and being honest with them is key. You should be motivated by turning everyday moments into extraordinary experiences.

Some merchandising experience is advantageous, but we are happy to train you if not. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics is essential.
