Job summary

shoezone is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Stratford-upon-Avon team on a part-time, permanent basis. The role requires Saturday and Sunday work (four hours each) and a pro-rated salary based on age, with opportunities for development and a range of benefits.

The retailer operates multiple stores nationwide and emphasises great customer service, flexibility and team collaboration. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and confidence in assisting customers.

shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary dependent on age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits. This position is required to work Saturday 4 hours & Sunday 4 hours 8 hours per week, however flexibility for the rest of the week is also required and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business. In return you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £4,180.00 to £3,312.78 per annum depending on your age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.

We are a town centre, retail park and digital footwear retailer, offering low price and high-quality footwear for the whole family, with free next day delivery on all orders, seven days a week. Naturally, we don’t expect you to know shoezone inside and out, which is why we train and develop all of our Sales Assistant's to give the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to be the best they can. However you will need a genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and develop.
