We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our successful Card Factory family and help fulfill this.

The Role

• Provide excellent customer service to help customers celebrate their life’s moments.
• Process sales politely, efficiently, and accurately, while upselling on till products.
• Price and merchandise stock and products correctly.
• Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries.
• Participate in stock takes, which may include working outside normal store hours.

Retail experience is not essential; we value personality and a passion for customer service above all else.
