Job summary

Superdrug is hiring a Sales Assistant in Guernsey to join a busy store team. You will serve customers, keep the shop tidy and well-stocked, and help drive sales while delivering friendly, helpful advice. The role offers training, progression opportunities, and the chance to grow with the team.

The post requires a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn; shifts are Mon-Fri with a flexible 30 hours per week and a salary of £13.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with hours and shifts to support store needs.

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!
You'll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.
