Job summary

Superdrug in Dorking is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team, delivering friendly service and promoting Star Buys. You’ll help customers, keep the store stocked, and contribute to daily targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role offers flexible weekday/weekend hours, comprehensive training, and opportunities to progress into leadership with supportive guidance and incentives.

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Fully flexible during the Weekdays 9-18 - Available both days at the Weekend, mostly Sundays

Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 Per Hour

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You'll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you everything you need to grow-with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
