Overview

Park Circus are looking to recruit a full time Sales Assistant to work in the sales department, focused on clients in GAS (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Benelux markets and other select region.

Role: Sales Assistant, Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £24,000

The role will require a passionate, organised and highly motivated individual, preferably with experience of working in a Sales or Distribution role in a high-volume fast-paced environment, but we are open to those with transferable skills.

The role will involve working with the Senior Sales Manager and other departments to book classic films from Park Circus’s vast library to cinema chains, cinematheques and film festivals. It is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the biggest cinemas in the world to promote and sell some of the greatest films in history. The role will primarily involve working with clients in the GAS and BENELUX regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). All communication with clients would be in English, unless applicant is bilingual (preferred but not essential).

This role is open to applicants who can join the team in our Glasgow office. We offer hybrid working by agreement with line manager after initial training in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Processing inbound theatrical sales enquiries from cinemas, cinematheques and film festivals across GAS/BENELUX, converting leads into to sales and responding to opportunities to upsell other relevant titles
  • Using the Park Circus Rights Management system (Arena) to accurately input, update and manage data from end to end of the sales process (contacts, leads, rights checks, bookings, marketing materials, technical materials, invoicing)
  • Process weekly screening reports to be sent to a range of studio partners, noting importance of attention to detail and ensuring these are sent at set times
  • Working closely with Sales Managers on reporting in the relevant territories and measuring performance against Budget targets and strategies set by the senior team
  • Wider support of the Sales team as required
