Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Royston is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time role with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will help customers with enthusiasm and maintain store standards to ensure every visit leaves customers with a Savers smile.

The position offers pay of £9.95–£13.15 per hour, with up to 33 days holiday entitlement and benefits such as Wagestream, Aviva Digicare Workplace+, and exclusive retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive in-store atmosphere.
• Maintain high store standards and promote Savers deals.
• Engage with the local community and help customers access the best high-street offers.
