Job summary

Savers in Tewkesbury is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced high-street environment. You will help customers, keep store standards Insta-worthy, and connect with the local community.

This part-time role offers 16 hours per week with the opportunity to take on additional shifts, and includes a clear progression path, a friendly team, and flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to help them find products.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment.
• Engage with the local community and promote store promotions.

Location: Tewkesbury
Hours per Week:16 hourswith the opportunity to work more hours.
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 per hour
